NEW WEST CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 c. Best Foods real, light or cholesterol free reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. If desired, garnish with walnuts. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
