Pepper
Garlic (powder or fresh)
1 onion (sm.)
1 can tomato sauce
Oil

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. Saute the chicken in a small amount of oil until brown with onions. Add tomato sauce and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
