Made this, it was great. Except you really only need about 1/4 cup of butter.

My boyfriend is crazy about the Red Lobster cheesy rolls. That's the only reason he ever goes to Red Lobster. I am going to make these tonight!

 Kathy (Maryland) says:
I totally messed up and added the melted butter and garlic power (I used that instead of the garlic salt) to the batter, instead of spreading it onto the baked biscuits. I figured I had nothing to lose so I baked them. They came out pretty darned good, although I will try to make them the RIGHT way in the future.

The topping is actually SCAMPI SAUCE, not just melted butter. Add some white wine to the butter before topping the biscuits. And don't say I told you, hehehe!

I love these Biscuits!!! But I cannot find Bisquick here in Brazil!!! Can anyone tell me what I can use to replace that?
 #77447
 Chelle (Pennsylvania) replies:
Fabio, One cup of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of one cup of All Purpose Flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter.
