PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 or 5 pork chops
1 can onion soup
1 can Campbells Golden mushroom soup
2 cans water
1 1/2 c. Uncle Bens rice

Butter 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour rice evenly on bottom (uncooked). Add soups and water. Stir a little. Put pork chops on top of mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serves 6.

Great recipe, although the amount of water to add was too much... I used a pyrex 9x13x2 pan and it was "filled" almost to the top with just the soup and rice before adding the pork chops. Next time I will reduce and use just 1 can of water instead of 2 cans... GREAT recipe...!!!
