This was delicious! I made this for pot luck bible study. I used my metal pan with the handles. I made 8 thin chops. I did the 3 cups of rice, 6 cups of water and added an extra pack of onion soup (I did 3). I started heating water in microwave while browning chops in my cast iron skillet, when chops were done I added 2 cups at a time to skillet to get all the good stuff out of skillet. When done I added to the rice and repeated until I got it all. I had just moved and this oven doesn't seem to get that hot. Usually I cook all my pork on 225°F so I started with that for a half hour then raised to 325°F for the rest of the time. Seeing that this worked I will probably stick to my 225°F so the chops wont dry out and I also use parboiled rice I feel it definitely helps. Thanks for posting!
