PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped or sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Pepper
Paprika

Brown seasoned pork chops. Place in large shallow casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Pour over chops. Add rice and salt. Add vegetables. Top with pepper and paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
