UPSIDE-DOWN NOODLE KUGEL 
1/8 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecan halves
1 lb. med. noodles, cooked
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Melt butter and put into bottom of Bundt pan. Take brown sugar and put into Bundt pan also. Bring up onto sides of Bundt pan with wooden spoon to make brown sugar wet. Place nuts flat side up. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour noodle mixture on top of nuts and sugar. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. When kugel is finished, turn carefully onto serving dish.
