It was very easy to make in only took about 10 minutes prep time. I substituted the rum for brandy and it smelled delicious when in was in the oven. We will definitely make it again!

Awesome recipe.. I changed the raisins to mixed fresh fruit... Blueberries-strawberries-raspberries and green sliced grapes. Also added two more eggs and milk. It turned out very pretty and sliced lovely. I served it with vanilla ice cream.

I made this bread pudding today. I had 2 loaves of french bread that had gotten stale. Perfect solution was your recipe. I had to double the quantities that's all. It was great! I didn't add the rum flavoring. Once again. You are my new 'go to' resource for new ideas.

Excellent recipe to work off of. I add I little lemon zest and used banana in the mix. Cooking time was longer but worth it.

I cut recipe in half - and used stale donuts - instead of bread crumbs. Was outstanding.
