CLAM CAKES 
3/4 c. clam juice
2 1/4 c. Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. clams, chopped

Mix eggs and clam juice well. Add Bisquick. Mix quickly and drop by the teaspoonful in a deep fryer.
