“BANANA NUT BREAD” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BEEF STEW CROCKPOT

BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2-3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla, rum, or banana extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
2 cups all-purpose flour

Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl using a whisk or an electric mixer at medium speed, adding ingredients in the order listed, and flour last. (You can also use a blender, briefly - do not overprocess).

Pour into well greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake 45 minutes at 400°F.

Easy preparation (I made this with a broken collar bone). Very aromatic while cooking. Texture moist and light. Taste was delicious, I added sliced almonds ---- yum yum!!!!!
