“ALMOND BUTTER CUP COOKIES” IS IN:

ALMOND BUTTER CUP COOKIES 
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
12 oz. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together. Add eggs, almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. Add all-purpose flour, rolled oats together. Mix well. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll dough into round teaspoonfuls and place onto a non-stick cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.

Makes 26 cookies.
