BUFFALO BALLS 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken breast
1 box chicken stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
2 eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 (16 oz.) bottle hot wing sauce (your favorite)

Combine ground chicken, stuffing mix, eggs, mayonnaise and 1/4 cup milk. Add more milk if necessary to form balls. Use a #40 scoop or your hands to form consistent, almost golf ball size portions. Place on 11x17-inch cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper.

Makes about 40 balls with the #40 scoop.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes and cut into one to make sure they are done.

Transfer to Crock-Pot and add buffalo sauce. Allow flavors to soak in and ENJOY!
