BOB'S SALTED NUT SQUARES
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 (12 oz.) bag Reese's peanut butter chips (I use Reese's)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Spread 1/2 of the peanuts on the bottom.

In a large microwaveable mixing bowl melt butter, in 30 second increments, add the chips and melt slowly, mixing often. When the chips are melted add sweetened condensed milk and microwave another 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until smooth. Fold in the mini marshmallows and press into prepared pan (moist hands help).

When you have the mix in the pan spread out, top off with the rest of the peanuts, pressing them down. Now chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

When ready place on a large cutting board the pan upside down so the stuff comes out whole on the cutting board. This makes it easy to cut in bite size pieces. Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
