EASY CAJUN STYLE SEAFOOD DISH 
1/2 lb. small shrimp or crawfish tails
1 pkg. red beans with rice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies

Cook red beans and rice according to package directions. When nearly done add remaining ingredients and stir. Turn off heat and cover and let stand for about 5 minutes before serving.

You can use larger shrimp cut in half or use 1/4 lb. shrimp and 1/4 lb. crawfish tails. If you like it hotter you can add a bit of hot sauce to taste.
