TIM'S HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE 
3 ripe Haas avocados
2 tbsp. salsa
1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
Mrs. Dash Southwest seasoning
freshly ground black pepper
freshly ground sea salt, to taste

Cut the avocados into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add lemon or lime juice and mash with a fork. Stir in salsa and dairy sour cream. You can add a tablespoon of cilantro if you like (some like it, some don't).

Give it a couple of turns of freshly ground black pepper and a couple of shakes of Ms. Dash. Use sea salt to suit your taste.

Serve with Tortilla chips or spread on Mexican food. Feel free to add some hot sauce if you're so inclined.
