This was really easy and tasted really good! The only change I made was that I reduced the amount of butter by half. Thanks for the recipe!

Quick & easy & YUMMY! I made 4 chicken breast & only used about a 1/4 of a stick of melted butter on mine - could've used less, otherwise it doesn't get crunchy. Added some salt & pepper on top. Tasted like fried chicken except it was baked! SUPER easy.

 Kristen (California) says:
These turned out delicious! As recommended by other reviewers, I used only 1/4 stick of butter because I like my coating crispy. Next time I'll probably do a thicker coating of Ritz crackers. Yummy!

Very good recipe. I too used croutons and reduced the butter. May add some parmesan next time to change it up a little. Tks.

 Mike (North Carolina) says:
I used about a quarter of a stick of butter for three breasts and substituted the Ritz for some bread crumbs. I could have used more butter. The Parmesan idea sounds good!

Quick, easy, inexpensive and never fails. Perfect. I've used my own versions of "bread crumbs" (ground croutons, corn chips, various crackers and toasted breads), mixed paprika and other herbs and spices into the sour cream, added parmesan to the coating AND have occasionally forgotten the butter drizzle, but it still works great every time. Thank you!
