MOXIE SODA CREAM FLOAT 
PER SERVING:

1 (12 oz.) can Moxie soda
4 scoops vanilla ice cream, or to taste (use a high-quality brand)
whipped cream, for topping (optional)
ground cinnamon, for sprinkling (optional)
2 maraschino cherries (optional)

In a large glass or mug, start by placing two scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Tip: For an extra kick of Moxie's distinctive flavor, freeze the soda in an ice cube tray overnight to create Moxie ice cubes and use these instead of regular ice.

Slowly pour the chilled Moxie soda over the ice cream, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Watch as the ice cream fizzes up and creates a frothy layer on top - this is what gives the float its signature "float" effect.

If using regular ice cream and not the frozen soda cubes, add another scoop or two of ice cream on top to create a generous mound that will bob in the fizzy Moxie sea beneath it.

Variation: For an extra indulgent treat, consider adding a shot of dark rum for an adult-only version of this dessert beverage.

Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon to complement the spicy notes in the Moxie. Add a couple of maraschino cherries on top for a pop of color and classic float flair.
