This came out wonderful... Loved it!!!! In addition to the Velveeta, I added Monterey Jack cheese and 3 kinds of sharp cheddar and used pork flavored shake and bake in place of the breadcrumbs and sprayed pam over the mixture and it came out marvelous. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Got it in the oven now--so glad to find this recipe! We're snowed in and my daughter was craving mac and cheese, and not a blue box in the house! Looks wonderful!

In my opinion all of the milk and butter takes away from the velveeta taste. Still a good recipe but I prefer the cheesy taste of velveeta and the other ingredients probably aren't necessary. I think my fellow reviewer had it right by adding more cheese.

Fabulous recipe! I did alter it some. I cut back the milk to 1-1/2 cups and added some more velvetta cheese, and try adding some dry mustard powder (1/4 tsp.) with the spices. LOVED IT. :)

I like this recipe a lot too. I added a small can of salmon (or tuna) to the mix, and it turned out really tasty!

Thanks for the recipe we gobbled it for dinner this very night! It's pretty good.
I'd skip the added salt as Velveeta is very salty. Also, I found this recipe to provide too much cheese sauce and not enough noodles. I recommend doubling the recipe and increasing the noodles by about 1/3. After all we're not making this for two, the kids need some too!
Thanks again

What a great side dish. It reminds me of the mac & cheese my mother used to make. The bread crumbs add a great touch. My family loved it!

Loved the recipe my fifth time making it... so easy and fast, stays creamy even the next day, I added slices of american deli cheese and shredded cheddar... Topped it with finely sherdded monterey jack and mild cheddar, used panko crumbs, sprinkled paprika and dry parsley flakes, beautiful and delicious!!!!!!

This recipe is awesome. I wanted to take full credit but I just gave myself a thumb up for following the directions as they were given. :) Really good tho!!! My 5 y.o. son loves m&c and is really picky about it too but he ate it all. I think that next time i'll add bacon but it's great without, 2 thumbs up!

Great, quick recipe. I doubled it, and added onion to the sauce. I also pan-toasted panko bread crumbs and sprinkled shredded cheddar jack on top before I spread the bread crumbs on top of the casserole. Great recipe!
