This recipe was really good. I made it a little differently though. I fried and diced bacon and added it to the Mac n cheese. I used mini shells instead of elbow. I left out the salt completely. And I mixed my bread crumbs with Ritz cracker crumbs. Definitely a quick delicious side dish!

This is a great recipe! So many ways to prepare! I used less milk (1 cup) plus I also substituted dairy milk for coconut milk! And I also used 12 oz of Velveeta and the coconut milk really made the dish pop!

Great recipe. I made a few minor changes. Instead of Velveeta I used Parmesan. Instead of macaroni I used arborio rice. No milk. I added garlic, shallots and white wine. Best Risotto I've ever had!

I added a little extra cheese, and some bacon bits to the cheese sauce, then used Ritz crumbs on top and then put a little more bacon bits on top of the crumbs. It came out AMAZING!

This is a super easy, quick, and delicious Mac-n-Cheese recipe. The portions here were more than enough for my family of five (3 boys). Still have left overs. I may try a little less milk next time just to see if it will turn out with a more cheesy flavor. I like to add a little salt and a lot of 7pepper. Last time I made it, I melted sharp cheddar over the top. Marvelous!
