TUNA MACARONI HOT DISH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 can tuna fish, drained
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Add flaked tuna fish and place in casserole. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk, salt and pepper and stir over low heat until smooth and thick. Pour over macaroni and tuna mixture. Top with bread crumbs soaked in butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
