SANDY'S MAC & CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni pasta (Barilla)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. diced ham
1 cup milk
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, for sprinkling on top

Boil pasta till done.

In a separate saucepan add milk. Add shredded extra sharp cheese, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. When pasta and cheese are done mix both together. Add peppers, onions and ham and spread in a large casserole dish. Top with extra shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F till browning occurs (about 20 minutes).
