PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 16 oz. sour cream (regular or fat free)
1 large package instant vanilla Jell-O pudding
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained of liquid)

In bowl, blend sour cream and package of instant pudding mix (just the pudding mix, no milk). Once blended, add and blend in the drained crushed pineapple.

Place mixture in graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 2 or more hours before serving.

The top may be decorated with additional pineapple or fruit toppings.

A great no bake and simple recipe, especially for Summer!

The only thing I did with this recipe was I didn't drain the can of pineapples and it was fabulous. You may think that it will be a little sour with the sour cream but it isn't at all. Wonderful recipe!

Delicious. I didn't drain the pineapple and I used regular pie crust (cooked). I love this pie because it's not too sweet. Thank you for the recipe!

I didn't drain the pineapple, I used a pastry pie crust, Wished I would have added sugar to ingredients, tasted the sour cream too much. I also added chopped walnuts. It was very quick and easy to make.

I made one pie with drained crushed pineapple, pecans 2 tbsp. sugar, whipped cream topping, graham cereal sprinkles. Made Second pie with pineapple, diced drained defrosted frozen cherries, diced banana and pecans (like fruit salad, could add mandarins, marshmallows, coconut).
