SOUR CREAM KEY LIME PIE 
1 egg
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tsp. fresh lime zest
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 prepared graham cracker pie shell (Keebler)
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Beat egg in large mixing bowl. Add lime juice, lime zest, dairy sour cream and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth. Pour lime batter into prepared pie shell.

Put pie on a half sheet pan and place in 350°F oven. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

Once cool, cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, uncover pie and top with whipped topping.
