SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 baked and cooled pie shell

Meringue:

3 egg whites
2 tsp. sugar

Mix together yolks, raisins, sugar, sour cream and cinnamon. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into prepared pie shell and top with meringue mixture. Brown in 450°F oven.

Serves 6 to 8.
