CREAM CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM PIE | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese 3 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 325°F. Cream and soften cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes. Cool pie for at least 20 minutes after removal from oven before adding topping. Sour Cream Topping: 2 c. sour cream 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix topping ingredients. Add sour cream topping to pie. Put in oven for 15 minutes. Chill. Pour fruit sauce of your choice (cherries, blueberries, etc.) over pie and serve. Submitted by: Melissa Buckley |
