HONEY BARBECUE STICKY WINGS | |
5 lb. chicken wings (thaw if frozen, cut at joint, tips removed) 2 (18 oz. ea.) bottles honey barbecue sauce (I use KC Masterpiece) 3 eggs, beaten all-purpose flour your choice seasonings canola or vegetable oil, for deep frying Season wings the way you like. I usually use Accent, Adobo, Sazon, garlic powder and black pepper. Beat eggs in a suitable dipping tray or bowl. Coat wings in egg, then roll in flour. Fry wings in hot oil. Repeat in batches for remaining wings. Arrange fried wings in a baking pan and cover liberally with honey barbecue sauce. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or so. Let wings rest for at least 5 minutes, serve and enjoy! Submitted by: Tushuan |
