FRESH TUNA OR RED SNAPPER
MARINATING SAUCE

4 lbs. fresh tuna or red snapper
6-8 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (I use bottled)
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 freshly cracked pepper (I use canned)
1 pinch Tabasco sauce
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Rinse fish and dry well. Combine all ingredients except oil. Place fish in shallow dish. Top with sauce. Let stand for 30 minutes. Turn twice. Coat grill with the vegetable oil. Drain fish. Cook about 7-8 minutes on each side. Use remaining sauce to baste.

This was great and instead of cooking in vegetable oil I used coconut oil. As a side dish I made a Caesar salad and brown Basmati rice with lemon rind. Really great dinner thanks for sharing!

I made this for dinner tonight, it was fantastic. I substituted orange juice for lemon juice, as I cooked lemon chicken a few nights ago. I served it with plain white rice, that was seasoned with a small amount of butter, parsley, garlic salt and fresh picked rosemary (finely chopped). The rice did not take away from the Fresh Caught Tuna. I will make this again.
