We had never cooked or eaten Red Snapper before but wanted to find a recipe and give it a try. We're trying to eat fish 2-3 times a week and tuna and salmon are getting boring. So we tried this recipe and it was so easy to prepare and 100% delicous! The sauce is absolutely tasty with the red snapper! Very very very very yummy!

REALLY loved this recipe with the 3.65 lb. whole red snapper I had! Give yourself some extra time though if you are going to make the Seasoned Flour yourself (don't know if you can even buy it like I made it). I looked up "Seasoned Flour" on cooks.com only to find that "Seasoned Flour" had ingredients I had never heard of like "Crazy Salt". After making the "Crazy Salt" and using just black pepper instead of "Crazy Pepper" because I couldn't find a recipe for that, I finally had the Seasoned Flour. With that I was able to make the recipe very easily, and it was a huge hit with my wife.
