INSTANT PUDDING CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (sm.) instant pudding, lemon or pineapple
9 inch graham cracker crust

Stir cream cheese until soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup of milk until mixture is very smooth. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute. Pour at once into crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Chill until set.

I made this pie for my children when they were growing up and they always enjoyed it. As adults, they ask for it when coming for dinner. When my daughter asked for the recipe recently, I couldn't find my copy. Thanks so much for printing it here.

I had to make my own crust and I used Iced Oatmeal cookies and Oreos for an extra chocolate flavor.

I used the whipped Philly cream cheese and the strawberry cream Jell-O mix. It was a great combination. I was quite proud of myself. A little extra effort usually makes it taste so much better. :)

My family loved this. I used vanilla pudding, and topped it with a layer of strawberry Danish dessert. I bet it would be even better with raspberry Danish dessert, but the store didn't have that.
