EASY NO-BAKE VANILLA CHEESECAKE

This pie is also good served frozen!

1 (5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix (larger size)
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 ready made graham cracker crumb pie crust (Keebler)
fruit topping (optional)
whipped cream or Cool Whip (optional)

With mixer (or whisk, if desired) mix together pie filling mix and milk until it starts to thicken (about 2 minutes). Add in softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate about one hour or until set.

Optional: Add fruit topping and/or whipped topping right before serving.
