NO BAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla, optional 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream together at room temperature cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. cover with cherry pie filling. Chill and serve.

I love this recipe as for taste I'm not the sweets eater in my family but I am the baker and when the holidays come around or someone's birthday this is so simple no fuss no mess and everyone here enjoys it they are saying how filling it is and that makes for a very relaxing evening with the kids lol

This was a family favorite using graham crackers as a bottom in square or rectangular pan. You can top with any pie filling, blueberry, strawberry, lemon what ever you like. Topping was always crushed graham crackers sprinkled on top. This tastes even better the day after. Enjoy

I like just a little bit sweeter so I add one dry package of vanilla instant pudding mix and 1 cup milk before adding the cool whip. My adult son eats an entire pie himself. LOL
