CJ'S NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE 
2 (8-inch) graham cracker crusts (homemade or Keebler)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can blueberry, cherry or your personal choice fruit filling

Whip cream cheeses until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix slowly to combine, then beat until smooth.

Pour into prepared crusts and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serving, top each with your choice of fruit filling.
