I was looking for a recipe that had all the ingredients I had on hand and this one fit the bill. I thought "Miracle Whip" was a little weird, but it looked so easy to make I had to try it. I used half Splenda and half sugar, but otherwise didn't change a thing. They came out excellent. Will be using this one again. Thank you Nicole!

This banana muffin recipe is amazing! They are so quick and easy and they are so moist. Love that I can still make them even when I realize I have no eggs or milk! My kids ask for them quite frequently for breakfast and snacks.

I added vanilla and used regular mayo. It worked great, and one time I had no nuts so I used softened wheat berries. I call them Breakfast Banana Muffins.

Absolutely amazing! I've made this 3 times now and my family loves it. You can use olive oil mayo and it tastes just as good. Also, I sub chocolate chips for nuts. Yum!!
