1 box chicken flavor Rice-a-Roni
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheese (can use more)

Prepare Rice-a-Roni per directions on box. Brown sausage and drain. Saute onions in sausage grease. Combine Rice-a-Roni, sausage, onions and soup. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
