ZACK'S HOT DOG SAUCE
2 lg. onions, chopped fine 4 c. water 2 lbs. hamburger 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper 4 drops Tabasco 2 (28 oz.) bottles ketchup Boil water and onions for 10 minutes; add hamburger; let boil until meat is cooked. Add spices and ketchup; simmer for 2 hours or longer.
