HOT DOG SAUCE 
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup tomato juice

Cook garlic and onion in oil in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until onion is translucent.

Brown beef, breaking up lumps. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
