ASIAN SALAD 
1 Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pkg Ramen noodle soup mix
2 pkg (16oz) coleslaw blend
4 green onions
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Prepare dressing as directed on package. Stir in sugar and soy sauce. Break apart noodles in a very large bowl. Discard seasoning mix from Ramen or use for some other purpose.

Add coleslaw, onions, seeds and almonds. Mix lightly, add dressing toss to coat and serve immediately.

Skip the Good Seasons dressing mix (TOO HIGH IN SODIUM!) and the sugar (for folks battling hypertension & diabetes). Instead use LOW sodium soy sauce and a low calorie dressing of your choice.
