ORIENTAL NOODLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. beef or chicken flavored Ramen soup mix
1 lb. pkg. per-chopped raw broccoli slaw mix
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

Break uncooked noodles into large bowl. Toss the other ingredients onto noodles and mix. In a separate bowl make dressing.

Dressing:

2 tbsp. salad oil, use more if you desire up to 3/4 cup
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodles (stir into mix until sugar dissolves)
salt and pepper, to taste

At least one hour before serving, (preferably overnight) pour the dressing over noodles, mixing well, allowing the noodles to absorb the dressing. Refrigerate.

Keeps for several days. Good as a side dish or with grilled chicken as a Summer entree salad.
