BLUEBERRY CRISP 
FIRST MIXTURE:

1 pt. berries
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Lemon juice

SECOND MIXTURE:

1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Butter a square baking pan. Pour in first mixture. sprinkle on second mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Serve slightly warm topped with vanilla, ice cream, frozen yogurt, or whipped cream.

Variation: Apples sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice, sugar, flour and cinnamon may be substituted for blueberries using the same recipe.
