LEMON CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1 box lemon pudding cake mix
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly (reserve 1 cup). Pat remaining mixture in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs (1 cup). Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into 1 x 3 inch bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
