LEMON BARS 
1st Layer:

1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake. Mix 1 egg and oil. Mixture will be crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup.) Press the remaining into 13x9-inch ungreased pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.

2nd Layer:

1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix lemon juice, 1 egg, sugar and cream cheese. Beat mixture until light. Pour on top of baked first layer.

3rd Layer:

Spread reserved cup from first layer over second layer.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Cool and cut into squares. (Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.)
