CRANBERRY ORANGE CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 pkg. (15 oz.) sugar cookie mix
1 tbsp. water
1 pkg. Ocean Spray cran-fruit cranberry orange sauce
2 pkg. (3 oz.) each cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine cookie mix, shortening pouch (if included in cookie mix package) and water; stir to form coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping. press remaining mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly brown. Cool slightly. Drain cran-fruit and spread evenly over crust.

In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Pour evenly over cranberry layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Return to oven. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Refrigerate and serve cold. Makes 16 squares.
