BANANA PRALINE MUFFINS 
TOPPING:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Combine and set aside.

MUFFIN:

3 sm. ripe bananas, mashed
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. pkg. pancake mix

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together egg, sugar, oil and mashed bananas till well blended. Add pancake mix, stir just till moistened. Grease muffin cups of line with paper bake cups; fill 2/3 full with batter. Drop 1 teaspoon of the pecans mixture atop each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. 186 calories each.
