WHOLE - WHEAT BANANA MUFFINS 
1 c. oats
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Mix well and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Makes 12 muffins.

Love the low sugar content tasted great. I also added 1/4 c of craisins, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of cloves, nutmeg and cardamon. Delish.

Delicious!!! Felt naughty because they tasted so good :) I used a mix of wholegrain and gluten free spelt flour & 1tsp of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Can't wait to try this recipe again with other nuts/fruits. These will be a regular feature on my breakfast table!

My go-to muffin recipe. I use applesauce instead of oil, add 1 tsp of vanilla, pecans and craisins or chocolate chips.
