WHOLE WHEAT BANANA MUFFINS 
1 c. ripe mashed bananas
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter or shortening, melted
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix bananas, eggs and butter. Combine dry ingredients with above. Fill greased muffin tins or cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Can freeze. Yield: 1 dozen.

May add chocolate chips to top of muffins after baked.
