Pour remaining batter into a large bowl and then add the following ingredients: 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup chopped nuts 1 large box instant vanilla pudding (6 serving size) Pour into 2 well greased and sugared loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes (longer if glass) before removing from pans. This does real well in the freezer. Makes a delicious sweet bread. This is great without nuts. You can freeze the "starter" in ziplock bags, and just bring out when you're ready to deal with it! (Or freeze the ready to bake batter so you can thaw and then bake it when you have time!)
