CREAMY VEGETABLE CHICKEN SOUP 
3 chicken breasts
1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 lg. potato, diced
3 to 4 c. water
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp. black pepper
Noodles if desired
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 stalks of celery
Fresh mushrooms

Cut up your chicken to square pieces. Put in your water. Add your chicken bouillon cubes, onions and 1 1/2 celery stalks. Bring to a boil, add cream of mushroom soup, your potatoes diced up, then your celery, let cook halfway then add your frozen vegetables. Let cook. If you want noodles, then add them in with your frozen vegetables. Season to your taste with your salt and pepper. Let cook, then eat. Very good soup.

Very good simple recipe. I also used left over chicken and just added it last. But turned out very good!
