CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE 
8 pieces chicken, whole legs & breasts or 8 boneless breasts, cubed (1 1/2")
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Lipton's or Knorr's)
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. water

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix until smooth, pour into baking dish. Place whole pieces on top, or mix in cubes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, check after 45 minutes. To see that rice and soup are mixed, stir once or twice if necessary.
