EASY CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, split & flattened
4 (8 x 4 inch) slices of Swiss cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. herb stuffing mix (crushed type, Arnold or Pepperidge Farm)
1/4 c. melted butter

Put chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex or baking dish. Place cheese slices on top. Mix soup and milk and spread over cheese. Toss stuffing in melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Delicious! Great for a buffet. Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
