SALMON CAKES 
1 can salmon
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. ea. garlic and onion powder
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce

Mix all ingredients. Make into cakes. In a skillet, fry in butter or olive oil at 375°F until brown on both sides.

I added finely chopped onions. Delicious! My son used Yum Yum sauce (Japanese hibachi sauce) to dip his, even more delicious. Very simple recipe!
